What are cookies?

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies — such as localStorage and sessionStorage — work the same way. We use them to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.

What we do not do

This site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no cross-site trackers. We use no third-party advertising or audience-measurement service, and we do not sell or share your data with data brokers.

What we actually store

NameWhat it doesTypeLifetime
NEXT_LOCALERemembers the language you are browsing inCookieSession
Supabase session (sb-…-auth-token)Keeps you signed in to your accountCookieUntil you sign out or it expires
eeyd_consent_v1Remembers whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice, so it is not shown againLocal storageUntil you clear your browser data
eeyd-cart-v1Remembers your shopping cart between pagesLocal storageUntil you empty the cart or clear your browser data
eeyd_theme, eeyd-admin-theme, eeyd-admin-sidebarRemember your appearance and layout preferencesLocal storageUntil you clear your browser data
eeyd_splash_seenAvoids repeating the intro animation during the same visitSession storageUntil you close the tab

The session and language entries are strictly necessary: without them you cannot sign in and the site cannot serve your language. The rest are functional — they only remember choices you made.

Managing your choices

  • On your first visit a notice lets you accept or reject. Because we set no advertising or analytics technologies, rejecting does not disable any tracking — there is none to disable. Your choice is simply recorded so the notice stops appearing.
  • You can delete the stored choice, along with every entry listed above, by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. The notice will then appear again on your next visit.
  • You can also block or delete cookies generally in your browser. If you block the strictly necessary ones, signing in will stop working.

Third parties

The providers that may receive technical data — our hosting, database, payment, email and messaging providers — are listed, with their purpose and location, in our Privacy Policy, section "Who we share it with".

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date shows the current version.
