1. Scope

These terms govern the use of eeyd.ch and the barbershop, membership, shop and training services offered by EEYD — The Golden Hand ("EEYD", "we"). By creating an account or making a booking you accept them.

2. Account

  • You need an account, identified by a valid phone number, to book and to manage your appointments.
  • You may create it with a password or by using Sign in with Google.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and be of legal age.

3. Bookings

  • Booking an appointment requires a deposit to confirm the slot. The amount is currently CHF 20 and is always shown before you confirm.
  • The deposit is applied to the final price of the service.
  • Members are exempt from the deposit while they have services left in their monthly quota.
  • The appointment is confirmed once the payment is completed.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • You can cancel or reschedule online at any time before the appointment starts, from My account.
  • Deposits are not refunded automatically. To request a refund for an appointment cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, write to info@eeyd.ch.
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not show up, the deposit may be retained to cover the reserved slot.
  • If we cancel: you receive a full refund or a new appointment of your choice.
  • Repeated no-shows may lead to a deposit requirement on future bookings, or to suspension of your account.

5. Memberships

  • Memberships give access to the benefits described on the membership page, including a monthly quota of services and a discount in the shop.
  • They are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribe, charged through our payment provider, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time. The membership stays active until the end of the period already paid, and the amount for that period is not refunded.
  • Unused services in a monthly quota do not carry over to the following month.
  • Prices and benefits may change with prior notice; a change never affects a period already paid.

6. Shop

  • Product availability and prices are shown on the site and may change.
  • An order is confirmed once payment is completed.
  • Statutory consumer withdrawal and warranty rights, where they apply, are respected.

7. Training and courses

  • The course pages are requests for information, not bookings: sending the form does not reserve a place and does not commit you to anything.
  • We will contact you to discuss availability, dates and price. Any booking is agreed separately.

8. Reviews

  • You can review only a service you have actually received: the system checks that the review corresponds to a completed appointment of your own.
  • Reviews must be truthful and respectful. We may decline to publish, or may remove, content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.
  • By submitting a review you allow us to display it on the site under the display name you choose.

9. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown in CHF and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.

10. Intellectual property

The site, its content, brand and designs belong to EEYD and may not be used without permission. Content you submit — such as reviews — remains yours; you grant us a licence to display it on the site.

11. Liability

  • We provide our services with due care but cannot guarantee a specific result.
  • You must tell us about relevant allergies or skin and hair conditions before a service. EEYD is not liable for reactions arising from information you did not disclose.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage.

12. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but may suspend or change it for maintenance or technical reasons without notice.

13. Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG). The ordinary courts of the Canton of Zurich have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rule that lets you bring a claim at your place of residence.
